At “Nailed It” we are trying to make your shopping experience as easy and efficient as possible. “Nailed It” partnered with Ziina which allows you to freely choose, at the end of the order, one of the following payment methods:

• Credit card
• Link or QR code
• Apple pay & Google pay
• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer

For payments made by credit card, link or QR code and Apple pay or Google pay, the financial information (ex.: credit card number, expiry date etc) will not be managed by our portal but will be transferred directly to Ziina payment platform which is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority under registration number F00673.

Ziina payment systems is one of the safest in terms of remote payments. They use cutting-edge technologies PCI-DSS to guarantee maximum security. Ziina anti-fraud team is active 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, and monitors the activity of Ziina accounts of buyers and sellers.

The payment information will never be used by “Nailed It”, except to complete the purchase transaction and to issue refunds in case of products returns.

Delivery

Products purchased on “Nailed It” website www.nailedituae.ae, if available in UAE warehouse will be shipped within 1 working day from the order date. For items which are not available in UAE warehouse, the shipment of the products will be within 5-7 days from the order date.

Items available in UAE warehouse, will be shipped next day in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and may take 2-3 days to other emirates from the order date.

Abode delivery terms are only indicated and refer to the times necessary for the courier to deliver the package.

We offer free next day delivery for transactions above 250 Aed and a fee of 15 Aed applies for transactions below 250 Aed.
